Qualification : B.Tech in CS/IT/EC plus MBA will be preferred
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Desired Candidate Profile :
B.E / B.Tech preferably in Electronics or Computer science would be preferred with minimum 2-4 years of experience in selling IT Products/applications in Government/PSUs/Defense and Corporate sector. The candidate must have-:
- Good oral & written communication skills and excellent Presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of various products in the IT industry.
- Basic knowledge of S/W development.
- Should possess excellent leadership qualities and zeal to excel in work.
- Should have prior experience of technology sales.
- Should have prior experience of managing Defence/PSUs/Automotive clients
- Deep knowledge in the process of tendering process in PSU & Govt.
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
- Should be willing to travel across India.
The incumbent would be responsible for managing the entire gamut of sales operations of the assigned Govt/defence/PSU and corporate accounts thereby achieving the sales target as set at the commencement. The individual is required to:-
- Contribute business revenues for Services (Embedded & Image Processing)
- Identifying business opportunities in Defence/Space/Automotive
- Achieving sales targets though all DRDO labs, ISRO Labs, Public Sector Units, Automotive verticals etc.
- Proposal Generation: Create proposals upon the receipt of RFQ/RFP
- Understanding current external and internal business challenges
- Customer retention
- Account Management
- Build extremely high levels of engagement with the clients
- To implement sales strategy and to contribute to the development of the sales figure
