Experience: 5- 7 years +

CTC: 13 Lacs

Activities:

- Identification of New Partners; On boarding of partner; Proposal for opportunities;

- Price Negotiation; Issuance of PO; Follow up for delivery; Third Party contracting;

- Contract Management and re-negotiation; Contract change management (change order management); Partner Performance Management; Partner Performance reporting and analysis; Risk management on each opportunity;

- Process management internal and Partners; Compliance, issue and dispute resolution (as needed)

- Exposure mitigation; Sales support by providing proposal for solution identified by the technical team

Requirements:

- Analytical approach; Project management skills; Understanding of contracts and contracting, may be from the customer contracts side

- Anyone who has participated in the SOW (Scope of work) preparation or negotiations; Ability /or managed P&L

- Strong interpersonal skills .
