Designation – Manager- IT SAP

Role

- To interact with users to identify the enhancements/changes required in SAP, CRM, VCM and Portal or identify the need for new software application to bring in productivity, time saving, cost saving or for green environment.

- To interact with application support team to get enhancements / changes developed and implemented as per the business needs.

- To identify IT related training needs of company users and arrange for the same

- To Assist users in BRD and UAT documentation

Experience:

- Graduate

- 3-5 years of experience on SAP
