Position : Manager IT  Reporting to Head IT-Circle  Location : Delhi  Job Profile :-  The position is responsible for Delivering IT infrastructure projects on time. It is responsible for providing effective IT support to all functions to meet their core business needs. To ensure local IT Infrastructure uptime & availability & Pro-active Capacity planning for Local IT infrastructure to suffice business objective. Ensure and Improve End User Support in line with their core business objectives. Ensure IT Security and Compliance, on various standards and direction such as SOX, VTM, TRAI etc. Drive HSW initiative, checks and compliance for Service Partner & teams. Engage with business and contribute improvement of operational efficiencies by coordinating identified automations as per central IT guidelines.   1. Ensuring service delivery & support through partners as per SLA.  2. Interacting with business to understand business requirements  3. Ensure business support and control systems as per the changing business needs.  4. Ensure timely provision of connectivity and connectivity uptime  5. IT strategy, architecture and governance.  6. Implementation of Information security control.  7. Ensure timely implementation of IT initiatives at the circle.   8.
