Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in business is desired; advanced degree is advantage
- Minimum 12+ years IT sales experience
- Must have worked on Infrastructure Sales and has a proven track record
- Must have strong knowledge in solution selling
- Demonstrated success in building a channel network from the ground up, with a particular focus on building markets through indirect channels
- Proven track record in rapidly growing the IT product company. Must be an excellent sales person and capable of managing channels
- Demonstrated ability to create formal go-to-market plans and follow through on plan implementation
- Ability to present the solution recommendation to executive level
- Customer management skills for planning project, resolving issues and maintaining relationships
- Excellent communication skills including effective oral, written, presentation, negotiation, organizational and collaboration and listening skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Sells and secures new business opportunities for the company, ranging from large-scale outsourcing and strategic outsourcing opportunities to product sales, consulting, and systems integration.
- Focuses to identify and develop key opportunities and build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders within targeted organizations.
- Manages the full sales lifecycle from initial client contact to contract signature. Builds and manages a sales pipeline and ensures acceptance of proposals and value propositions by all the relevant decision-makers within a client organization.
- Evaluating new channel partners and supporting existing channel partners
- Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Working closely with technical consultants and other teams as we continue to grow the business in Southeast Asia
- Assisting marketing team to roll out the marketing events
- Acting as a focal point for direct & indirect sales issues and escalating when appropriate.
- Resolve issues and maintaining relationships with customers
- Maintain morale through consistent positive interaction while ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
