IT Infrastructure Leader (P&L responsibility)
SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role will have the primary responsibility of leading the Application & Infrastructure Management Services horizontal sub business unit which consists of Enterprise Computing, Network, Voice, Security and Application Production Support.
- The Infra Leader will be responsible for the P&L of the sub business Unit, responsible for business development and creation of new products, services and expertise. The leader will also carry responsibility of customer and employee related aspects like NPS, SLA and Retention.
- Responsible for incubating new areas of services in line with market expectations in Cloud and Security Competencies.
- Thought Leadership in improving IT Operations and taking it to the next level.
- This role will enable the creation of a centre of excellence in IT Managed services focused on IT Infrastructure and Application Support.
- Must have led multiple teams of at least 50 people to 500+ in the past.
- Graduate from a reputed university with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
