Company: India's leading NBFC giant having 4500 branches all over India.

Position: IT- Head.

Experience: - 10-15 Years

Job Profile

- 10-14 years of total experience in Application development & Software Delivery or as a consultant handling large ERP projects especially in CRM, HRMS domains.

- Should have handled a team size of at least 100 people.

- Alternatively, should have managed large projects implementation in BFSI.

- Should have experience of leading or being part of the senior IT Team handling the entire IT infrastructure of a bank or NBFC - applications, networks and Data Centres.

- At least 4-6 years of experience as a Project manager.

- Should have managed end-to- end delivery of software projects. Should be thorough with project management concepts.

- Should have managed delivery of at least 1 CRM project.

- Familiarity with at-least one language is desirable - .NET/PHP/Java.

- PMP certification is desirable.

- Experience in CRMNext or any CRM project delivery experience is preferred.

- Should have good communications skills. Should be able to balance expectations of all stakeholders - management, business users and external vendors. Should have excellent team building skills.
