Job Responsibilities:  Purpose:The position is responsible for overseeing all IT aspects of the company.   Strategic: The individual will work with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of effective IT resources.  Operational:Support in strategizing and implementing the company's technology vision and lead all aspects of the company's technical development.  Tactical:Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production, operations, HR, Finance as an advisor of IT technologies that may improve their efficiency, and effectiveness. Should introduce new technologies for upgrading the present scenario  KRA:  Responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining of all computer hardware, software and licenses and all other products and supplies necessary to keep computer systems operate able and to fulfill management requests for IT support.  Compile and review records to determine department productivity, quality of output and cost of service. Develop methods to continually improve results.  Responsible for identifying, maintaining and implementing approver levels and authorization for IT related systems and applications.  Should have Technical Knowledge of - Technology Solutions& Implementations (Projects, Network& Connectivity, Security planning, Management & monitoring etc...)  -Infrastructure Knowledge (Servers, NAS & SAN Storage, Network Appliances switches, Fire Wall, Wi-Fi Solutions etc..)  -Software Knowledge-(OS-Linux, Oracle Data base, Microsoft, Unix,Languages, Database, Voice Solutions, Network Monitoring, Development Trackers etc.  Certifications :- ITIL, CCNA, Certified Ethical Hacker  Education:  Post Graduate (In Computer Engineering) and MBA  Post Graduate in IT  Project Management (PMI Certification, ITIL, CCNA, Certified Ethical Hacker)
