Position - IT - Head

Location - Gurgaon / Mumbai (Should be open as per role as it's a national role)

Qualification - B.E./B.Tech

- Masters of Business Administration or other Management degree desirable, but not essential.

Essential Experience

- Banking/ financial institution either directly working in the banking/ financial company in a senior position

- Experience of Solution designing, service delivery, project delivery & project management.

- Preferred experience in handling retail IT Solutions like personal and consumer durable loans.

- Experience in Digital Banking ( Mobile banking and Internet Banking Solutions)

- Experience in heading enterprise applications like FinOne, CRM solution, Dedupe, Credit scoring engine, enterprise MIS, Core Banking, Analytic Solutions etc.

Essential Skills and Attitudes

- Ability to conceptualize and manage Enterprise-wise solutions, together with strong business acumen and analytics, to ensure a business impact through IT.

- Strong Leadership and communication skills,

- Focus on cost effective IT solutions through enhancement of process efficiencies across business operations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills - must be able to influence and persuade, beyond stating a case

- Result orientation with objective decision making
