Job description
- To lead the IT team (Software & Hardware).
- Enterprise IT System Architecting, Solution, Development, implementation, Delivery & Operations.
- Managing Business System, Software & Processes with infrastructure Development and maintenance for enterprise IT services.
- Responsible for the IT design & architecture delivering Scale, Performance & Quality.
- Evaluation of latest technologies, applications, web and determining strategic path.
- Setting up best practices around coding & design.
- Constantly thinking about improving the technology for better customer experience.
- Drive team to experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools.
- Implementation of long term technology vision.
- Should Monitor and analyse competitor`s technologies.
- Analysing the existing systems/servers and software and align with the future requirement.
- Motivating the team and train the team members to bring the best out of them.
- Coordinate with the stake holders for their requirements (software & hardware)
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Premier University degree in the field of computer science/ BE and a management degree will be preferred.
- 8 plus years of experience.
- Hands- on experience with Software Projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non- technical audiences.
- Keen attention to detail. Superior analytical and problem- solving abilities.
- Conceptual and strategic skills.
- Leadership and Team building Skills.
- Tolerance for Stress.
