We are looking for someone to support the founder in growing and running the business of IT Exchange. Someone with a high aptitude and ability to learn new things, and with strong business and analytical skills. If you think you are someone like that then please read on.

Just like any startup it's hard to define a very clear role for individuals but we have made an attempt to do so. However, we are really looking for an all-rounder with Client Management, Presales, Lead Generation, Business Analysis, Supplier Management and Project Management as the key skills.

Here are some of the key things the person will do:

- Support the founder in generating leads for the business. Interact with prospects and understand their needs

- Interface with IT Exchange Buyers to understand and document their requirements

- Coordinate transactions being carried out on the exchange

- Help identify suitable Service Providers from IT Exchange database and help build proposals

- Manage relationships with Buyers and Service Providers to understand how project is performing and identify new opportunities

- Identify and work with a service provider to improve project plans, follow up to get issues resolved

- Understand issues raised by a Buyer on a project and coordinate resolution with the Service Provider

- Understand the life cycle of a project / engagement and should be able to follow the project and ensure smooth delivery through the execution stage of the project

- Should be able identify, evaluate and onboard new Service Providers

- Lead the billing to Buyers and other commercial aspects

- Help the founder team with other day to day activities

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Engineering degree from reputed college, MBA (preferred)

- 8+ years work experience in Project Management/ Delivery Management or similar

- Must have lead teams and motivated people

- Performed presales activities like proposal preparation and pricing

- Understand technology adequately to be able to have conversations with a Buyer and Service Providers

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Understand business management project management functions

- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with international clients

- Self-starter with ability to work with little guidance, independently

- Be able to delegate but also willing to get their hands dirty

- Good understanding of various SDLCs

- Should be proficient with MS Office
