However, we are really looking for an all-rounder with Inside Sales as a key skill.  - The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable scheduling and making multiple calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, scheduling calls and closing sales.   Here are some of the key things the person will do :  - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails   - Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport   - Understand customer needs and requirements   - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest   - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory   - Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership to execute new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments   Desired Skills and Experience :   - Minimum 2 years work experience in B2B Enterprise software or services sales or similar role  - Minimum Graduate degree or equivalent (MBA preferred but not mandatory)  - Proven Inside Sales experience  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills  - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively  - Willing to work with flexible timetables depending on the timetables of the target geographies  - Database management skills to maintain and update the company database  - Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with international clients   - Self-starter with ability to work independently with little guidance
