The candidate should have 10+ years of experience of which he/she should have been in consulting/retail solution development role for atleast 4+ years.

Following are the roles that he/she should have performed;

- Strong technical background with architecture experience of 3+ years.

- Should understand various technologies and their patterns of usage

- Should have consulted with Retailers on various aspects of their business such as eCommerce, store, merchandizing and supply chain.

- Clear understanding of key drivers and challenges for each of these areas and typical technology solutions/areas of focus

- Participated in consulting engagements with various retailers for 4+ years and open to travel (50%)

- Participated/lead proposal development (solution creation and articulating value of proposed solution over alternatives)

- Participated/lead large programs with customers - retailers are preferable

- Appreciation and understanding of various functions in software delivery such as program management, project management, operations and customer management
