- Engages with Central/State Government Ministries and Departments to provide consultancy services in areas including Government process re-engineering, Programme/Project Management, RFP preparation, Bid Process management, change Management, Technology Advisory and Architectural design
- Empanelled with leading Ministries and Govt. agencies for providing domain related services
- Collaborates with international practices in e Governance/ Government ICT related projects
Position :
E-Governance Resources
Location: Pan India (Associate Consultant/Consultant/Assistant Manager/ Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with government clients across the country to assist in providing consultancy services as in areas of process re-engineering, Programme/Project Management, RFP preparation, Bid Process management, Change Management, IT Security, Technology Advisory and Architectural design.
- Establish new and reinforce long-standing relationships with clients
- Assist in the pre-sales and related activities
The Individual:
To be part of the team, the individual should:
- Have a B.E / B.Tech + MBA. Candidates with certain certifications like ITIL / ISO 27001 / CISA / CISSP or equivalent will be given preference for certain positions.
- Have at least two years IT experience (Experience to be more based on the position applied for) of which atleast one year in the government/public sector domain in the areas of Process Re-engineering / Technology Consulting / Project management / Change management/ IT Audit / IT Infrastructure / Data Centre Management / IT Security
- Be willing to travel/re-locate within India for a continuous period of time
- Have the willingness and ability to work under stringent deadlines and for extended working hours if the project or situation may require the same
- Have an advisory mindset and be strong on Communication and other soft skills viz. interpersonal skills and team-work
Job Description SDC TPA:
- The selected person will be a part of audit team and responsible for conducting various types of Third Part Audits for State Data Center.
- Will be required to conduct audit for physical and IT infrastructure including verification of completeness of inventory and asset bill of material.
- Will appraise the State about the health of components indicating capacity utilization and corresponding scalability requirements.
- Will be required to conduct ITIL / ITSM / ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 audit of overall physical and IT infrastructure management process including monitoring, maintenance and management of entire Data Center.
- Carry out SLA compliance check and advise clients for the penalty to be imposed due to breach of SLA.
- Review, monitor and analyze the overall IT infrastructure of SDC including LAN, WAN and Security devices, servers, applications etc. and recommend client to close the security gaps.
- Conduct Performance audit of SDC performance parameters and provide recommendations for the fine tuning of SDC.
- Will be responsible for direct interaction and frequent meetings with client, vendors and service providers on day to day basis.
- Will be required to monitor SDC performance and SLAs through NMS (Network Management System) / EMS ( Enterprise Management System); obtain raw data from NMS /EMS and submit to client after converting into high quality deliverable reports post analysis on NMS data.
- Will be consulting government clients on day to day IT and Security challenges in SDC.
Job Description SWAN:
