Job Description:  - Prime role is to manage the domains of IT Strategy & Governance, and IT Security for the client Organizations.  In IT Strategy & Governance:  - Leading projects on Delivery aspects, in terms of designing Governance models of the Client Organizations & helping them build on the same.  - Building Strategic Roadmaps for Client Organizations IT, in line with their Business.  - Assisting Organizations augment and optimize their Business-IT alignment.  - Helping build SOPs / Policies of IT for client Organizations.  - Building Change control management/GRC frameworks for the Client Organizations.  - Assess and/ or define enterprise architectures including application architecture and deployment architecture.  - Develop cost- benefit cases for IT investments. Redesign/ optimize IT organization and service delivery functions.  - Conducting and building BCP & BIA strategies.  - Understanding of Software License Management and Compliances will be an added advantage.  In IT Security:  - Helping define Security framework for the Organizations as per the business requirements, and then classifying them into Must-Haves and Nice-to-haves.  - Conduct & Develop Data Classification for Client Organizations.  - Assistance in ISO 27001 and other similar certifications.  - To help set risk-based priorities for the information security function and strategic information security initiatives.  - Responsible to do AS-IS of the current landscapes of the Organizations who may have any of these business solutions and recommend them the TO-BE.  - Servicing and enabling clients to make decision making, helping them to make their IT effective and also helping them to reduce their costs. This is a pure delivery role.  - Preparing time bound/milestone based executive assessment summaries.  - Authoring research support for white papers, thought leadership issues on Technology, IT Governance, IT Effectiveness and related topics.  - Creating proposals and approach notes for clients describing the issues being faced in the current context and the tentative solutions provided by the company.  - Lead & manage projects in the practice, which includes writing reports, executive assessment summaries, conduct and analyze surveys, research on technology & business issues such as Infrastructure, IT Governance, IT Strategy, and IT Security & OEM Specific.  Desired Skills and Expertise:  - B.E/B.Tech/MBA from reputed institution.  - Preferably has worked in Learning or IT consulting Domain with 4-10 years of experience.   - Strong understanding of business impact of technology.  - Shall be a consultant within the top tier of IT consulting companies, handling Governance, Compliances, Risk, Strategy & Security (the more the better).  - Good knowledge on various Business Applications of IT like ERP, CRM, SFA and the associated technology trends like Mobility, Cloud, On-Premises, Hosting etc.  - Must have been exposed to landscapes of SAP and Microsoft Navision.  - Presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.  - Excellent presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organization's views and thoughts.  - Should be strongly process oriented with great relationship management skills.
