Looking for a 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in Retailing, Consulting, or IT system implementation industry for a leading Big 8 Global Management Consulting Company based in Gurgaon/ Mumbai

Essential Qualification, Experience & Skills

- Defining and managing the architecture of business and technical domains across retail enterprises.

- Evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into a client solution

- Architecting System Solutions in the Retail industry across multiple domains:

- Merchandising, Item Management, Purchase Order Management, Pricing & Promotions, Inventory Management, Replenishment

- Financial Planning, Merchandise Planning, Space Planning

- Business Intelligence & Reporting

- Trade Promotion, Multi-channel commerce, etc.

- Warehouse Management, POS, Store Operations, Labour Scheduling will be a plus

- ERP HR, Finance, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Invoice Matching, Logistics, etc. will be a plus

- Customer Data, Loyalty & Analytics

- Returns Management, Shrink & Fraud Analysis will be a plus

- Architecture policies, standards and procedures

- Architecting and/or implementing System Solutions in atleast one of the following:

- Oracle Retail Solution

- SAP Retail Solution

- Ability to advise clients on a range of business issues and credibility to gain buy-in for solutions.

- Ability to interact with many levels of the organization from senior IT and business leaders to engineers on project teams and handling Change Management issues due to transformation

- Relevant experience in or certification from Oracle / SAP / JDA or other leading retail package solutions
