Role of a Business Analyst:

The business analyst will closely engage with customers to collect business requirements, understanding processes, and delivering completed solutions. The knowledge is then passed on to engineering teams in a structured manner so that the solution developed by them is aligned with customer's needs. This is a crucial role that influences the success of the project substantially.

Capabilities:

- The business analyst should be an MBA. We are willing to hire and train fresh MBAs if the person has a hunger to succeed.

- The person should have strong interpersonal skills since this is a customer facing role.

- Oral and written communication capability is required in order to be able to document the business requirements, processes and test scenarios in a structured manner.

- Strong analytical mind to be able to break a problem into manageable components and solve problems.

- 0 to 5 years experience.
