Designation: Business Analyst (IT)  Organization: A leading FMCG company  Location: Blore  Reporting to: Business Head  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-  - To be a bridge between Business & IT. He is required to understand the business requirements and translate the same into Technical Specifications to be either provided to the in-house team or to Vendors.   - Analyze and interpret data and information to guide process and solution decisions  Plan for acceptance of solution (change management, communication, training needs)  - He will also be responsible for the timely delivery of the project, to get the same tested and released to live.   - He will oversee the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project status while ensuring that systems and services support the daily business operations.  - The person should have through understanding of how the IT systems work and suggest alternatives in case there are multiple ways to handle a business problem.  - He is also supposed to think on his own and arrive at problem solutions which can either help in increasing operational efficiency or revenue or reduce Cost.   TECHNICAL SKILLS -  - Preferably a good working knowledge of .Net, SQL Server, WCF  - Should have overseen App Development for Android/IOS  - Should have knowledge in analytics tools he/she would be using(MSBI, Power BI, Tableau)  - Should have basic knowledge in IT/ERP platform and SAP  - His role involve mobile app operations and also includes anything to do with IT.
