Short Job Description:

Business Analysts will work with the stakeholders to identify and define current business problems, current and future business needs, studies existing systems and recommend possible solutions that leverage technologies of the day.

Job responsibilities:

- Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements. Model and document requirements that is easy to understand for stakeholders

- Develops Use Cases, UI prototypes, Data flow diagrams, Data Models etc. and produce documentation that enable easy understanding and development of proposed solution

- Identifies process, technology and architectural changes necessary to support current and future business goals and objectives.

- Develop, organize and present ideas in a convincing manner.

- Closely work with SME's, Solution Designers and other concerned teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Encourages communication, collaboration and stakeholder participation throughout the SDLC where Stakeholders, Project Team Members and Developers are not necessarily co-located.

Job qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree - preferably Science, Computer Science, Engineering with 6-10 years of overall experience. At least 3-5 years of experience working as a IT Business Analyst

- Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodologies; Scrum, Kanban etc.

- Experienced developing functional and non-functional requirements

- Demonstrate creativity, learnability and ability to innovate.

- Bring technical insights to solve business problems

- Strong research skills with an attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and consultative personality

- Ability to explore, analyze and utilize various software platforms from an end user perspective

- Experience in analysis, basic statistical analysis

- Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.

- Experienced working closely with team members during development and rollout of product

- Candidates with experience with any Banking Product, Omni-Channel CRM Solution, Digital Transformation Project will have an added advantage
