IT Strategy and Roadmap development: A detailed plan that translates business strategy into IT requirements. The plan enumerates the enterprise architecture, application portfolio, IT organization, IT infrastructure and IT Governance along with implementation roadmap.
Mergers and Acquisition: Due diligence of IT portfolio in terms of identification of synergy between the organizations' IT portfolio, plausible optimization opportunity in the portfolio and gaps foreseen .
IT organization and governance design post merger and acquisition, optimization of the portfolio and assessment of IT assets (its ability to support the integrated business).
CRM/BI Strategy: CRM / BI value increment assurance service by improving the process and IT associated
Supply chain strategy: Improvement in supply chain by leveraging process, sourcing and IT analysis and recommendations
Business - IT alignment : Alignment of IT to business objectives through IT Governance and IT scorecards.
ROI analysis: Business case for key IT initiative
Cost allocation model: IT costing framework for budgeting and cost optimization purposes. The model includes breakup of IT cost to smallest level of apportioning (as required) and implementation of the model.

Working with IT Advisory team to create capabilities related to Customer Experience Management consulting. The role would also require ownership for creation of solutions, go to market strategy and delivery of the projects that are won.

Primary Requirement: Skills and Experience
- MBA/ Any graduate degree
- Should have 10 - 15 years' of relevant industry and management consulting experience
- Will have willingness to be responsible for P&L and revenue targets
- Should have ability to interact with middle and top management team of client to understand needs and to create solutions
- Should have leadership and conflict management skills
- Will have readiness to create and lead team of consultants
- Will be responsible for the overall delivery of engagement to the client
- Will have readiness to travel in or out of country for implementation assignments
- Will have strong soft skills like interpersonal skills, team skills, and communication skills both verbal and written
Customer Experience Management
- Should have ability to identify and diagnose issues related to Customer Experience Management and structure relevant solutions
- Should have overall understanding of technologies required, processes to be implemented, organizational functions required with respect to customer experience management
- Will provide consulting solutions on retaining / attracting and managing customers
- Will have understanding of customer experience management (loyalty, retention etc) related concepts and terminologies
