- Maintain Profit and Loss (PNL) within the Technology Business Unit
- Growth in Client Accounts and strategic alignment of ISHIR with the Client IT and business
- Manage, train and maintain Project Profitability
- Responsible for Presales Support, Client Retention and growth

- Hire, retain, develop, motivate, grow, mentor - Talent in the company.
- Responsible for Resource Planning, Utilization, Succession Planning and Hiring Predictability
- Responsible for appraise all the teams under him.
Delivery:
- Responsible for Delivery of Solutions from all the practice areas.
Growth:
- Responsible for Knowledge Sharing and Training programs in the Unit.
Discipline, Process and Culture:
- To build, maintain and develop a culture around the core values of the company.
- Ensure attendance, leave and work logs are managed and verified by the Report Managers in the Unit.
- Assist in Quality and Process development, compliance and best practice development with PEG and the Unit.
