Farmers are paid fair prices, customers place orders online or over the phone, and we deliver produce to their doorstep the same day!

We launched in 2012, and it didn’t take long to establish the reputation of serving Delhi-NCR with the best quality farm-fresh produce, being the most convenient service for authentic organic produce, and becoming the biggest organic fresh produce player. Roles and Responsibility:

- This role is for those who can navigate their way through heaps of data, make sense of it, figure out trends, buying behavior, and unleash the power of this information. Campaign specific customer targeting, feeding insights into communications, campaign analysis, campaign ideation & execution, and all the other.

- Manage and monitor website analytics

- Lookout for new ways, and innovative market trends to enable best online and offline media strategy and implementation

- Responsible for creation of digital strategy for online media i.e. social media, email, and other online media

- Oversight and quality control of branded content output, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM

- Build the business and drive revenue through a targeted, personalized, and compelling approach to email, mailers, and other forms of loyalty marketing to continually engage with existing and new customers

- Analyze customer information like purchase history, order frequency, complaints, etc. and come up with targeted campaigns

- Responsible to design our in house CRM on excel

- Actively manage email acquisition, retention, and other campaigns and the database of customers on file

- Oversee hind-sighting and competitive benchmarking to understand campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies

- Maintain in depth knowledge of industry best practices, trends, consumers insights and shopping habits

Desired Skills:

- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and affiliate marketing

- Strong comfort level with digital and social media campaign optimization / metrics; familiarity with a range of syndicated research tools for digital and social media measurement

- Should have worked either with a digital and social media-marketing agency or an ecommerce company, or a B2C company with a strong digital focus in a similar profile.

- Should be analytical as well to measure impact of all marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
