Working across our B2C brands - isango!, GuideGo and LetShuttle, this is once in a lifetime opportunity for a highly driven and passionate marketer looking to make a real difference within a growing and dynamic organisation.  You could be a CRM executive looking to take a step up or an established CRM manager looking to stamp your mark in the travel industry - you will have a blank canvas to start with and will have the scope to be able to develop a full lifecycle strategy form start to finish  The Role:  - The CRM Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of all CRM to drive engagement/revenues from this channel by communicating with our customer/social userbase  - He/she will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing and managing campaigns from initial strategy and data segmentation through to automation and analysis in order to reduce customer attrition and drive significant growth for the business  The Role Will Involve The Following Responsibilities:  - Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop a world class CRM strategy for isango! and other TUI group brands like GuideGo and LetShuttle  - Define, create and implement the multi-channel CRM strategy across our 3 core brands to build programmes to continually stimulate sales and prevent lapse - working across email, social, mobile and direct focusing on the following key areas:  a) Shortlisting and choosing a CRM / ESP platform to help us to deliver our CRM strategy  b) Work with BI in the development of data management to provide single view customer and multichannel experience in addition to developing and refining customer segment groups  c) Development and implementation of a targeted online communications strategy online taking account of customer segmentation  - Working effectively with the wider organisation (Marketing, Technology and Product) to deliver 360 integrated CRM campaigns  - Reporting on all key CRM campaign metrics using our chosen CRM / ESP platform, analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics) and our own internal reporting systems  - Forecast and manage CRM budget  Something About You:  - At least 3 years- experience within multi-channel CRM, preferably within a B2C environment  - Hands on experience working with a CRM/ESP platform (i.e. Mailchimp, Salesforce, Silverpop, Cheetamail etc)  - Ability to drive clear, thoughtful analysis of ROI of customer retention programmes  - Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills - you love numbers and should be competent using Excel  - Self-Starter - ability to use your initiative in your day-to-day work  - Experience and proven success of working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment  - Attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation with strong copywriting skills  - Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines  - Fluent in English - additional language skills are preferable but not essential  - Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP and any other relevant languages preferable but not essential  About us:  isango! is a TUI Travels PLC owned, e-commerce company is the online travel industry based out of UK, India and Spain.
