Isango! is preparing to position itself as the number one player in this fast growing industry with a size of USD 300 billion - USD 500 billion.   Primary Responsibility Areas:  The person would drive efficiency and effectiveness in how Customer Support and Product Operations are run in isango. This will include:   - Defining and managing KPIs and SLAs for teams  - Connect the KPIs to isango revenue and profitability and help drive direct value  - Build process automation and IT supported execution wherever possible  - Own the customization and performance of all related IT tools - like ticketing tool, fare loading tool  Lead a talented team of young individual contributors and team leads to create a scalable, robust operations by:  - Evolving processes based on business evolution and needs  - Upskill team members to pick up more and more internal accountabilities and hence keep incrementally increasing the performance bar for the teams  - Bring about succession planning within teams/ processes  - Collaborate and work closely with peers within isango and Hotelbeds to support joint initiatives and to lead continuous innovation and execution and to do things better faster cheaper.  Skills and Experience Profile:  - The successful individual will be an enthusiastic and experienced professional with domain expertise and the ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and be a team player.   The Following Skills Would Be Required:  - 8-12 years of senior manager experience leading a calling process and a back-end process, preferably travel industry  - Should have direct managed teams of 10+ people  - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PPT  - Articulate communicator - verbal, written  - Patient listener and a good team motivator  - Ability to analyse and contribute through team solutions  Education:   - Graduate with no education stream preference  - Post Graduate would be a bonus  - Certifications to show process focus or project management would be a bonus  Job Location: Gurgaon (NCR)
