Job Description

Iris is seeking high caliber professionals who will be responsible for Talent acquisition for Iris. The person would be responsible for hiring the technical software professionals for BSTS divisions catering to Investment Banking domain & other specialized domain as well.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for Corporate Senior IT Recruiter for IRIS recruitment team with 2-6 years of exp.

Skills:

- Independently should have hands-on experience on working on end to end recruitment cycle.

- Should have worked in Software Co and done tech. hiring.

- Should have used any HRMS.

- Should have strong knowledge on LinkedIn Search, Company mapping & Skill mapping

- Should be well versed with working on jobsites, networking sites and other sourcing methods independently.

- Should have handled salary negotiation and offer rollout without any support.

- Offer follow-up

- Excellent Comm. Skills

Education:

- MBA degree is mandate.
