Co-founder(s) for iRikai (Training space)   iRikai (rikai being Japanese for "understand") - www.irikai.com - is founded by an IIM B alumus with international consulting / strategy work-ex, and Japanese advisors. iRikai's online platform allows Training Managers to discover and hire trusted freelancers. We also offer value added services over and above the hiring process to support the Training Managers and Freelance Trainers.  We have been able to leverage this connect with the best trainers in the business to deliver our own (iRikai branded) premium online and onsite training courses to corporate clients (incl. some blue chip names) and individual students (in 8 countries so far).   We are now looking to expand beyond the pilot phase and creating the founding team.   Key requirements :  - People with all sorts of skills sets are welcome, so feel free to get in touch if this (training - online courses / onsite training) is an area of passion for you  - Particularly valuable backgrounds would include - B2B sales, online education, corporate training   - Since this is a Delhi based firm, it is best suited for folks already based in NCR   - Please note that we are bootstrapped and salary is not on the table, but substantial equity will be offered to the right person(s) - we are open to bringing in more than 1 person if we get the right fit and skills  - The most important attributes we are looking for are: a passion for this space, complimentary skills sets and a personality fit, since we'll be in for a bumpy ride together!
