iRevo Multimedia India Pvt Ltd invites job applications for the position of Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales. The BDM will act as ambassador of iRevo and initiate business development efforts (but not restricted to) in the following areas: MNCs, Education, Hospitality, and Healthcare.

iRevo markets and sells smart TV devices that are powered by its globally scalable cloud platform to deliver content on all four screens; TVs, tablets, smartphones and PCs. This platform as a service solution can deliver content and apps to Android, iOS, Windows, Linux and Google TV devices.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Business development including market making, demand generation and demand fulfilment in the following domains-MNCs, Education, Hospitality, and Healthcare.

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive engagement with SI key personnel.

- Role involves extensive consultative selling covering the entire sales cycle prospecting to successful business acquisition.

- Target market identification, mapping iRevo's solutions & products to prospects, value proposition creation and presentation to prospects, formal proposal making, negotiations, and contract negotiations.

- Performance driven position with defined KRAs including annual sales targets.

- Role includes addressing demand creation and demand fulfilment.

Requirements:

- Must have 3-6 years of Experience in business development, working preferably through Audio Video System Integrators or with SI.

- Must have sold to SMEs / Corporates.

- 3-6 years of Experience in business development, working preferably through System Integrators.

- Strong integration technology experience

- Strong experience in architecting and nurturing influenced sales revenue/business plans

- Experience in working with systems integrators - Audio and Video

- Contract negotiation skills required

- Demonstrated success in program and/or relationship management

- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability of interacting and presenting to senior level management.

- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

- Results oriented, customer focused, and able to plan, organize and coordinate the necessary arrangements to achieve successful, sustainable business results

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Desired Skills and Experience

- Should be conversant in Kannada

- Extensive exposure in Conceptualizing solutions and create market based on the customer future requirement.

- Thought leadership skills, Self driven, Leading from front.

- Overall 3-6 years- experience in Sales / Pre-Sales / Solution sales functions with at least 3 years in target driven sales role in product sectors in India and carrying substantial business volume.

- Exposure of working within businesses with relatively new offerings requiring significant customer education to develop market needs.

- Consultative Selling expertise with hands-on experience in market making / demand creation selling end-to-end enterprise solutions through a consultative selling approach.

Job location: Bangalore
