Job Description:

Experience - 6 Plus years in end to end HR Functions.

Formulating Rewards & Recognition programs, Leadership training, Competency development programs/mapping, Employee relations, Grievances and strategic approach to employee happiness as it is our primary quotient.

Orientation & On boarding

Formulating HR Policies & Procedures in line with the industry standards.

Employee Grievance Handling

Employee retention

Exit Management

Payroll Management

Employee Data Management ( PeopleSoft ERP expertise is an added advantage).

Handling Employee background checks and coordination with the BGC agency.

Sending the attrition reports.
