Sourcing Manager – 12th pass/Fresh Graduates/Engineers/MBAs

iPRIMED is led by people from the industry and academia who are focused on enhancing workplace skills of graduates / entry / junior level professionals (for the IT and ITeS industry) by driving intrinsic transformation. The focus of the company is not just to cater to the needs of leading IT cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, but also meet the requirements of tier 2/3 cities of India. To fulfill this dream, iPRIMED is expanding its foothold in other states and regions with the collaboration of various state governments.

Roles -

- Conceptualize, formulate, implement and monitor geography-wise candidate sourcing strategies and build pipeline of qualified candidates, as per client/internal needs.

- Interface with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other sourcing/ screening/ candidate matters.

- Should be able to find vendors, partners be able to negotiate to get the correct requirement for the organization

- Keep track of best sourcing practices, new sourcing avenues (job boards, tools and forums) which could improve efficiency and quality of service delivery.

- Align new team members to sourcing strategies, tools, processes and other related matters

- Identify & monitor measures across processes. Develops measures / shapes new processes to improve performance.

- Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency

- Actively participate in networking groups and other business and technology communities

Abilities/Expertise

- Hands-on with various candidates’ sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) – both active and passing sourcing techniques

- Sourcing of students from smaller towns, Good knowledge on using Social media for sourcing purpose, In depth research and market intelligence development

- Flexible about work content, timings and location

Experience: 5+ Years

Travel: Requires travel to Tier 2/3 towns

Education: (B Tech/MCA/BCA) and MBA HR ( from top tier Colleges)
