IPE Global - Program Manager - Urban Infrastructure (7-10 yrs)

Delhi/NCR Job Code: 409424

- Planning, scheduling and resource mobilization of projects in infrastructure engineering

- Coordination with project offices and keeping the Head of Dept (HoD) apprised of the same

- Ensuring timely submission of invoices and tracking payments

- Ensuring provision of necessary resources for the project and Project Teams- Management

- Monitoring the Project costs vs. Budgeted costs

- Ensuring updation and maintenance of dept MIS and ERP both offline and online

- Attending department meetings with HoD at board level

- Updating project progress on MS Project and identify cost overrun, time over run and Critical path of the project

- Escalate any deviations and issues for ensuring smooth project operation

- Coordinate with various project managers and project office on day-to-day basis

- Client liasoning and drafting of important letters to Client/ sub-contractors

- Maintain database for the project inventories

- Attending meeting clients on technical issues and problem solving

- Job needs 30% travel to project offices

Qualification:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- MBA in Finance/ Master in Economics will be preferred.

- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage

Experience:

- 7-10 years of Experience in management and implementation of large scale infrastructure projects

- Must have worked with Govt / PSU/ World Bank/ ADB/JICA etc assisted projects

- Should have experience in coordinating overall planning and management of the project and keeping the Head of Dept (HoD) apprised of the same

- Sound proficiency of working in MS Project and Office suite
