Physical visit to the processing unit, procurement centers and to the field involved
- to understand the working condition
- to verify changes in the units to brief them in operator's profile and for verifying the documentation system executed,
Discussion with the field staff:
- about documentation system maintained and the change in the ground realities,
- to brief them the changes in the certification process (if any) and
- clarifying their practical doubts in maintaining the document involved.
Checking the updating status of the documentation
Preparing formats to consolidated the purchase, sales, etc., information's for submission during inspection
Checking the statements prepared before submission for certification
Preparing (filling) the operators profile and other documents needed to fulfill the certification requirements
Helping to reply Pre and post IMO inspection visit queries
