Our consultants engage with stakeholders in our client organizations at various levels help them in Cost reduction, Revenue Assurance and Transparency - bringing transparency to your costs, quality, risk and volume, in order to improve output and cut costs.

If you can have handled the following - we would like to meet with you :

1. International Stakeholder Management in the Telecom Domain

2. An incisive professional with more than 12 - 15 years of experience in Contract & Revenue Assurance, Operations Management, Client and Team Management and Business Consulting for overseas client.

3. Enthusiastic in approaching organization-wide challenges from many angles and utilizing financial expertise to deliver effective solutions.

4. Collaborative management style with strong leadership instincts and ability to excel independently.

5. Specialized ability to design tools for greater efficiency and profitability.

6. Perceptive and practical trouble-shooter with unique ability to solve large-scale problems

7. Excellent cross-functional management skills including working across multiple departments

Role Summary:

- Strategy Planning and SLA Management in consultancy with International Stakeholders Profitability, Operations Management & Business Process Improvement with Internal Stakeholders

- Cost optimization strategy by using Lean tools and other business improvement initiatives

- Ensure contractual compliance

- Monitor and drive quality

- Identify new opportunities and initiate project to deliver while meeting timeline

- Continuous review of business and processes

- Deploying lean approach to processes and people to enhance revenue while simplifying complex processes

- Manage Change
