Job Description: Sr. Manager - HR

This position will support the Talent Acquisition Team. These include Resource Management, Manpower Budgeting, Vendor Management, Team Management, Strategies and policies (making and execution) etc. The position is also responsible for the overall talent acquisition process of the assigned departments. Stated position also works closely with promoters, directors and internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are aligned with the vision and goals of the organization.

KRAs:

- Taking care of end to end recruitment process in Investors Clinic.

- Build strong talent pool for the organization: assessing and developing talent for a robust talent pipeline and succession plans.

- Manage Day to Day business support issues relating to our recruitment systems.

- Plan, build and implement a recruitment strategy.

- Enhancement recruitment process for critical and quality hiring.

- Focus on effective workforce planning.

- Handling HR & personnel function for all businesses in the Group.

- Build, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions & ensures active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.

- Also responsible for the recruitment monthly / yearly review reports.

Desired Candidate's Profile:

- Can handle a team of 8 - 12 HRBPs.

- Should have experience in sales recruitment.

- Excellent communication skills.

Qualification: MBA - HR.

- Have good interpersonal skills.

- Good in policy making and implementation.
