Investor Relations & Strategy Role - Conglomerate (6-9 yrs)

Work as an Investor Relations and Strategy professional reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer:

- Responsible for fulfilling the responsibilities of the organization's investor relations function.

- Communicates with shareholders and/or the general financial community to develop and maintain positive relationships

- Communicate strategies with shareholders to ensure right balance organization's relationships with shareholders

- Evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and investors

- Collaborating with interlinked departments such as Strategy / CFR / CEO and CFO's offices.

- Communicating the financial expectations of the vested community back to the management.

- Monitor investment research and communicate competitor research information to the CFO or CEO

- Convey investment community feedback to the senior management

- Fulfill the role of a public spokesperson, if the need arises

Experience:

More than 6 years experience in Equity Research/Corporate Strategy

Solid financial acumen and experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong relationships

Ability to engage with and influence at the executive level

Analytical thinker with attention to detail

Aptitude for identifying and solving issues; outstanding critical thinking skill-set required
