Investment Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Identifying opportunities for land acquisition for business development around the country and if possible even overseas

- Identifying Opportunities in real estate business

- Executing deals and engage with the concerned parties and Banks/ Institutions for closure

- Person should be CA and MBA with good understanding of local laws regarding Real estate procurement

- Should be well versed with valuation methods and sound track record in deal closures.

- Should have experience of handling big ticket deals

- Experience with real estate funds is desirable though not mandatory.

The position for one of our client, who is a leading & respected name in residential projects/ townships/ Hospitals and schools and other real estate infrastructure.

Base Job Location will be Mumbai
