We are currently looking for Smart Investment banking professional with a expertise in Deal execution for a Foreign bank

Products-PE, M&A, Structured Finance

Qualification-Post graduate from Tier 1 / Premier Institute mandatory

Roles and responsibilities:

- Deal Execution - structuring and negotiating the detailed terms of a deal, often in liaison with other teams

- Originating potential transaction through own network and market sensing

- Networking internally with wealth managers to showcase expertise and sophisticated deal ideas

- Sourcing potential CFS opportunities and generating business from existing wealth clients as well as prospects

- Performing in-depth company and industry analysis, constructing and analyzing specific financial models/valuations

- Networking externally to identify potential counterparties, facilitating the transaction closure process

- Involved in transactions from start to end covering area such as understanding & preparation of business model, information memorandum, deal structuring, due diligence process, interacting & negotiating with potential investors/strategic partners on behalf of clients
