ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  - To lead the execution process of potential transactions by building models, conducting due diligence, preparing presentations and communicating/coordinating with deal teams  - Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated numerical information.   - To perform valuation analysis using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables and transaction comparables to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives  - Assist in mandate origination efforts and actively contribute to idea generation, strategic planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment  JOB REQUIREMENT  - Minimum of 3 years to 12 years of client facing experience with Masters Degree from a top tier business school   - Strong knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis  - Ability to analyze and opine on investment opportunities   - Excellent presentation and communication skills
