- Roles exist for professionals with 8-12 yrs of experience in Investment Banking Operations
- Manage delivery seamlessly
- Act as single point contact for all process related issues
- Manage, develop and motivate 20-25 member teams
- Review operating procedures and work towards process improvements
- Conduct regular operational performance reviews
- Develop strong relationship with onshore and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8-12 yrs of experience in Investment Banking Operations
- Knowledge of various financial products, processes - including regulation and changes
- Should have 3+ yrs of experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, etc.
- Good communication and People management skills
