The profile requirement is as under:

- About 4-5 years of exposure in the field of Financing Infrastructure Projects. The desired skill sets in the candidate are as follows:

- Project Appraisal & preparing Information Memorandum

- Commercial Due-diligence of Projects

- Project Structuring & syndication of deals

- Financial Analysis involving modeling & financial engineering

- As a part of the infrastructure initiatives within Centrum the candidate shall be responsible for Sourcing, structuring and syndicating Fund raising (Debt + Equity) mandates in Infrastructure Sector. The role would briefly involve:

- Investment Appraisal and Syndication of funds domestic & overseas (ECB/ECA) funds

- Financial Advisory and syndication of PE Deals including Buyouts and Acquisitions

- Flair for Business Origination, Relationship & Networking with corporate shall be an added advantage.
