The firm has delivery centers in Bangalore (India), Colombo (Sri Lanka) and San Jose (Costa Rica), with sales offices in New York (USA), London (UK) and Singapore offers investment research services across multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income and credit, and quantitative research, while also providing financial institutions services such as sales and marketing support, regulatory compliance support, and corporate finance services.

Job description

The day-to-day activities involve:

- Trading and Comparable Comps

- Precedent Transaction Analysis

- Company Profiling (Public/Private)

- In-depth Industry Overview

- Financial & Operating Benchmarking Analysis

- Periodic Sector Newsletters

- Preparation of Pitch Books

- Valuation Methodologies (SOTP, DCF)

- LBO and IPO analysis

- Client Coordination

Experience and qualifications

- 2-4 years of Investment Banking Analytics experience

- MBA/CA/CFA

- Specifically looking for health sector

Key skills

- Preparation, updating and interpretation of company comparables and M&A transactions

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive models using DCF, SOTP, and other relevant valuation techniques

- Experience in analyzing industry trends and evaluating business dynamics

- Information gathering from web and other specific sources

- Generating ideas and creating presentations as part of pitch books

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Expert knowledge on financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Factiva, Factset)
