Investment Banking Analyst - IIT/IIM (0-3 yrs)
Get an opportunity to gain valuable exposure to prominent deals and being a part of front office desk of a leading investment bank.
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
In-depth financial analysis, valuation and modeling , that includes Discounted Cash Flow, Accretion/dilution analysis
Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements
Investment highlights & company positioning, trading & transaction comparison analysis
Creating information memorandums
Managing client presentations
Working on key pitches and RFPs to analyze options for acquisitions/divestures/ capital raising and recommending suitable actions.
Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly
Candidates should:
Have maximum 1-2 years of relevant investment banking experience involving deal execution experience. Ideally candidate should be a CA or Engineer from IIT/ BITS Pilani (2012/ 2013 batch) or an IIT IIM from 2013 batch.
