Investment Banking Analyst - Contractual

We are looking for a candidate with 1 - 3 years of investment banking experience to join our Investment Banking team (front end) based in Mumbai.

Position and terms: Junior Analyst, On contract basis (6 months), extension based on performance.

Job Description:

- Work as a part of the IB team to support deal origination and execution in both Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets

Active involvement in supporting workstreams including:

(a) Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and pitch books,transaction documentation, conduct due diligence and undertake market research and analysis

(b) Develop, work-on and update valuations materials including financial models, comparable analysis etc.

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA
