Investment Banking Analyst - CA/IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI/FMS

We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst [2012 to 2015 batch only] for a MNC IB for Mumbai Location. Preference is for someone who has been part of atleast a couple of executed deals on the M&A Advisory or PE Syndication space

Roles and responsibilities include :

- Identifying and researching investors and potential Clients

- Preparing Pitchbooks/Presentations and other collateral

- Managing existing relationships and Building new investor relationships

- Executing M&A and PE Syndication deals originated by Senior team members

The candidate should demonstrate :

- Excellent Networking and Communication Skills [Written as well as Verbal]

- Good presentation skills

- Ability to understand people and their perspective

- Excellent finance and mathematical skills

Preference for Premier Institutes and 1st attempt CA's with additional qualifications. Those working in KPO's of global Banks and exposed to financial modelling and keen to move to the front end IB shall be considered
