Investment Banker (5-8 yrs)
Experience at a premier asset management, PE firm, investment bank, consulting firm or in the corporate planning and strategy group of a leading corporate.
- Conduct preliminary review & analysis of proposed new investments and prepare investment proposals
- Be well versed with the investment monitoring process and undertake periodic monitoring including preparation of financial forecasts and performance analysis
- Undertake company valuations and investment appraisals using a multitude of techniques commonly used in investment banking;
- Ability to comprehend legal documents and assist in the negotiations of legal terms & conditions relating to any investment proposal
- Develop presentations and present to clients, related companies and to CLIENT management;
- Support Head of AMIB in working towards achieving CLIENT's strategic plan and overall organizational objectives
- Clear financial and quantitative concepts
- Clear logical/analytical abilities
- Very strong Microsoft Excel modelling skills
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Experience of M&A Activities and / or Investment Management
