About our Client - Our client is a leading Venture Capital firm in India and is currently looking for an Investment Associate to source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities. The position will be based in Mumbai and involves travel throughout India
Job Description - As the Investment Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve the following:
- Source deals
- Network with industry players
- Review business plans
- Perform valuation analysis
- Conduct due diligence
- Prepare investment memos
- Support and track portfolio companies
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis
The Successful Candidate - You will have completed your Masters degree from a top B school. In addition, you must have over 4-5 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, consulting or investment firm in India. You should have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business and economic development along with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. You must be able to develop interpersonal relations and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You must be organized and pay close attention to detail.
