The person in this position will work closely with the investment team of Infuse Ventures, an early stage VC fund focused on the clean technology sector, managed by CIIE. The person will be based in Ahmedabad and will support the Infuse investment team in various fund and investment related activities. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide exposure to entrepreneurship, investment processes and the clean technology sector in particular.The individual will need to be flexible for the dynamic changes in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative business environment.  Key Responsibilities  The individual would be entrusted with the following key responsibilities but will be required to contribute in other organizational activities.  - Supporting the investment team in portfolio monitoring, reviewing financial statements and tracking progress against targets of investee companies, benchmarking against industry, preparing reports and making presentation of findings  - Managing reporting and compliance requirements of the fund  - Conducting market research and tracking market trends to provide insights to the investment team; creating and compilingresearch reports for internal and external use  Qualification & Skills  - 2years+ of relevant work experience preferred  - MBA/CA could be an added advantage but not mandatory  - Passion for working closely with early stage high growth companies  - Self starter, ability to initiate projects and work independently  - Excellent oral and written communication skills  - Strong analytical and quantitative skills  - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint a must)  Interested individuals should send a cover letter
