Investigation Role - Legal - LLB (6-10 yrs)
This is a Legal Role and the person should have a legal background and legal qualification.
The role covers:
1. Drafting of Police Complaints,
2. Drafting of Police representations,
3. Filing Applications in local Courts with the help of Corporate Legal Group Team.
4. Follow-up on Legal Cases
5. Guiding and advising the Financial Crime Prevention Group- Investigation Team on Criminal matters and cases.
6. Working for follow-up of old cases for Recovery.
7. Filing of Return of Property Cases in Fraud identified cases.
8. All other legal correspondence drafting.
