iNurture - National Placement Head (12-18 yrs)
Key Deliverables:
- Heading the placement for Pan India Centers
- Working on customized training for candidates as per the requirement of the corporate
- Inviting Corporate to our Campus during various events organized at time to time
- Setting the placement cell and forming the placement process
- Building an alumni group.
- Training placement executives at all training centers on the placement process
- Generating leads to be posted on the placement portal
Technical Competencies:
- Strong Corporate Network on Pan India Level
- Understanding of existing & upcoming domain specific job opportunities
- Strong in MS Office
- Ability to map the needs of industry viza-vi the skill sets of students
