Intuit's Professional Tax products and services include flagship brands such as Lacerte and ProSeries and cutting edge offerings like Intuit Tax Online. These tax offerings work seamlessly with the products from the broader Intuit ecosystem, such as QuickBooks Online Accountant and Payments. Intuit delivers world class products, saving accountants and their client's time, and helping accountants build the practice they want.

Job Description:

The Sr. Product Manager, Professional Tax Products will be responsible for our flagship products including Lacerte, EZ Act, Sales and Care Automation, with a combined revenue of over $250 million USD. This person will be responsible for delivering awesome product experiences and driving process innovation, in collaboration with development, design, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a high quality product that continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Research, understand and draw insights on customers' pain points and needs through customer interviews and rapid experiments

- Partner across Intuit to engage the right internal and external stakeholders to deliver the end-to-end experience, identify areas of shared opportunity and build reusable services and experiences

- Lead creation and launch of offerings in partnership with experts in other disciplines including customer experience design, engineering, marketing, sales and support

- Monitor the competitive landscape to understand our relative positioning and ability to deliver on our brand promise compared to competition

- Build a high performing team, elevating overall product management expertise

Qualifications

- 7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role

- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings

- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap

- Experience with Agile development and methodologies

- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously

- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience

- Requires a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Technology or Management from a top school is preferred
