Responsibilities: Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, innovative and customer-focused individual to join our team. The benefits analyst position will collaborate and partner with internal and external cross functional teams to deliver scalable benefits programs, manage end to end benefits administration process for locations outside the US, participate in innovation sessions, manage assigned vendor relationships, assist with open enrollment and other project based work as needed. The benefits analyst also provides excellent customer service, ensures that employees benefits are processed on time with respect to enrollment, terminations, reimbursements, benefits extensions etc., implements process improvements to existing programs, and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.  Qualifications :   Qualification : Manages and provides administrative support for a variety of global benefits programs, vendors, and policies including:  Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Vouchers and Leave Management  Partner closely with Global Mobility team to process all the benefits changes in a timely manner for International transfer cases and ex-pat assignments.  Partner with key internal stakeholders (TR, TA, Payroll, HRDS, Tech Ops, HRBPs, Finance, Global Mobility, HR Care etc.) to share benefits process/changes.  Participate in the design, development and management of new global benefits projects, benefits systems, tool implementation and proactively evaluate process improvements to drive scalability.  Support Internal and Statutory Audits to ensure that Intuit is complaint with all the statutory requirements. Audit existing plans and programs to ensure compliance and update as legislative requirements are updated.  Assist in the implementation of new programs and changes to plans and/or administrative procedures.  Provide Tier-1 and 2 Support for Benefits/Leave Queries.  Partner with product leaders for Benefits renewal, Benchmarking exercises, Budgeting, Analyzing the utilization & market trends and the policy updates on Intuit's intranet in a timely manner.  Vendor Management to ensure that the deliverables are met on time without any follow ups.  Provide Benefits specific support on other Benefits initiatives as required.  Customers (Who is this role in service to- )  Employees  Offering/Product Leaders  HR Connect  Third party vendors  Internal and External Audit Teams  Other Stakeholders  Internal Intuit partners: Finance, TR, Benefits, HR Operations.  External partners: Various Benefits Providers/Consultants and Thomson (Darwin Tool)   Who you are :  Passionate about the customer's experience  A learner, seeking knowledge and feedback to improve your capability, skills and relationships  Ability and willingness to flex work hours when needed to support our global employees and partners  Team Player  5-7 years experience  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to work with highly confidential information  Imagine a career where your creative inspiration can fuel BIG innovation.
